For the last fifteen years, Doug Fir has aimed to be a place unlike any other. Somewhere you can see a show with the highest quality of artists, great sound, eat really good locally sourced food (even late at night), or try an interesting new cocktail without the fear of mispronouncing the name.

Our hardworking staff of 68 that pull together to make amazing things happen on a nightly basis have come to be our Doug Fir Family; many of them have been with us since we opened in 2004.

With the mandated closures in place for bars and gathering places, our world as we knew it came to a halt. The revenue streams that normally support our staff, artists, and expenses have stopped at once. Now, we (like many other venues, bars, and restaurants) are faced with an uphill battle ahead. The business has been put in a difficult position due to non recoupable expenses, as well as the loss on perishable products (which were donated to staff and food banks), and overhead expenses like rent and utilities which continue to accrue even while we’re not open.

We understand that putting food on your tables and keeping roofs over your heads should be everyone’s top priority at the moment, but if Doug Fir holds a special place in your heart and you are in a position to lend us a hand, we would be forever grateful.

Your contribution, of any amount, could make a big difference in the lives of the staff, artists, vendors, and partners that have all been impacted by Doug Fir’s closure. Private Cocktail Class for 4 - $200

Led by the Doug Fir Bar Team (Kyle Ritchie, Sean Arterberry, and Pete Maben) - Learn how to make some of Doug Fir’s signature cocktails and get an inside look into the science and techniques behind Doug Fir’s unique cocktail program.

New Year’s Eve VIP Package for 5 - $550

If you’re already ready to kick 2020 to the curb, be the first to reserve one of our VIP packages for your party of 5 for our double decker NYE Party! The VIP Package comes with guaranteed entry to our upstairs dance party, a booth to call your own all night, a festive selection of drinks and snacks for your table, plus 5 tickets to the NYE show downstairs.

2021 VIP Show Pass - $750

Very limited number available. Get guest list access for you and a guest for the entirety of 2021. Non-transferrable. Advanced notice is required for sold out shows and some other restrictions may apply.

Rent the Fireplace Room for Your Private Party - $1000

Have your next birthday party or work function in the Fireplace room in our upstairs bar. This package comes with $250 towards custom catered food and an additional $250 towards specially designed beverages. Great for parties of 15-30 people.

Rent the Venue for Your Private Event - $4000

Rent the Lounge downstairs for your next non-ticketed event. You’ll have access to 4 hours for your event plus an additional 4 hours for set-up and tear-down. Basic event staffing is included, additional staffing may be required depending on the nature of your event. This package comes with $400 towards custom catered food. Available with host or no host bar, details to be discussed. Available dates are TBD and will be presented based on our new show schedule, to be mutually agreed upon once we’ve reopened. Great for parties of 100-275.
